My phone number has changed. How should I proceed?

Employers maintain employee phone numbers and, for security reasons, only your employer can change your phone number in the system.

As an employer, you can change employees account info by following these steps:

1: Log in to ePassi as an employer
2: Click 'Employees' and search the desired employee.

3: Click 'Edit info' and change phone number
4: Save


Now the employee can use their new phone number as a login to ePassi. Please note, that the system doesn't send a new activation message, so the employer should inform the employee about the made changes.
