Epassin invoicing system updates

Modified on Mon, 20 Apr at 8:46 AM

Epassi will be upgrading our invoicing system to NetSuite during the period 1–4 May 2026. This upgrade will improve invoice accuracy, reporting quality, and processing reliability.

Due to the system update, there may be a temporary interruption in invoice generation between 1–4 May. This interruption affects only the timing of invoice creation. Please see below for details on how this may impact benefit orders. Existing balances will remain fully available throughout the entire transition period. New invoices are created latest 6 May.

Recommendation for Epassi GO benefit orders.
To ensure that employee benefits – especially lunch benefits – are available as usual at the beginning of May, we recommend placing benefit orders latest on 24th of April. Please note that invoice should be also paid latest on 28th of April.
Apart from placing benefit orders early, the system change does not require any additional actions from you.

Updated invoice layout.
As part of the system upgrade, the visual layout of the invoice will change. The content and billing details will remain the same, but the appearance may look slightly different from previous invoices.

The sender details of your invoice email are also changing.
Email invoices will now be sent from noreply@epassi.com and will appear under the sender name "Epassi invoicing". Previously, invoices were sent from noreply@netvisor.fi under the sender name "Epassi Finland Oy".

Updated invoice layout.
As part of the system upgrade, the visual layout of the invoice will change. The content and billing details will remain the same, but the appearance may look slightly different from previous invoices. The VAT notation on the invoice has been changed from “VAT 0%” to “No VAT”. This change is purely visual, as the previous billing system did not support displaying this distinction.
